Box wrap templates 📦

You built a telescoping board game box out of chipboard. Now it needs clothes. Punch in what you measured and this draws the four paper wraps (lid and base, inside and out) as DXF files, in millimetres, ready for the cutter. (No box included. You bring the box.)

Interior liners stop 7.5 mm below the rim (half the overlap), so the turn-over laps over them.

The plan: make the box, measure the box, make the wrap. Everything is inner dimensions plus thicknesses, the way a ruler hands them to you. Wing corners get a 45° taper so they forgive a slightly wonky fold. (They have seen your folding. They forgive a lot.)
